After selecting and purchasing on the RoamFi official website (https://www.roamfi.net), we will send the order information to the email address you provided at checkout within 30 minutes. The email will include the eSIM QR code and detailed activation instructions. You can follow the instructions in the email to complete the installation and activation of your eSIM card and access internet services.
Order Delivery Method

To help you get online quickly and securely, we provide three official ways to receive and install your eSIM:

    1. Email Delivery
  • Within about 30 minutes after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your order information, eSIM QR code, and detailed activation instructions.
  • Only trust emails from the @roamfi.net domain; we do not send order information from other domains.
  • If the email doesn’t arrive on time, check your spam/promotions folders first, then contact customer support.
    2. Website Account Center
  • Visit the RoamFi website and sign in to your account.
  • Go to “Account Center > My Orders” to view order details, download your eSIM profile, and see activation guidance and usage status.
  • Ideal if you need to retrieve your QR code again or sync information across devices.
    3. RoamFi App
  • Download and install the official RoamFi app from the iOS App Store or Google Play (search “RoamFi”).
  • Sign in and navigate to “Me > My Orders” to:
    • One-tap add/install eSIM (uses the system’s native installation flow)
    • Access configuration with or without QR code
    • View plan details, data usage, and validity
  • The app includes step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting for a smoother setup.

Tip: Only use the official website and app to obtain your QR code or installation info. Avoid third-party tools to prevent data exposure.

Shipping Fee and Free Shipping Policy

All RoamFi products are delivered online, and global users enjoy free shipping. No logistics or courier fees are required. The free shipping policy will be clearly displayed on the checkout page, with no hidden charges or additional fees.

Shipping Address

All order information is sent via email and does not involve physical delivery. The company’s registered address is: Room D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Commercial Building, 99 Fuk Wing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong (this address is for registration and operation only, not for returns or shipping). If you need a company registration certificate or related documents, please contact our official customer service.

Customs and Tax Policy

RoamFi provides SIM card installation and internet services based on eSIM technology. No customs duties or import taxes are usually required. However, some regions may have local government taxes. Please refer to local policies, and users are responsible for any applicable taxes.
